When using our services, you agree to:

The content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by METAWIRE LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

For custom development projects, intellectual property ownership will be defined in the specific project agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• Custom code developed for clients typically transfers ownership upon full payment
• Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property
• Clients receive appropriate licenses for ongoing use and maintenance

To the maximum extent permitted by law, METAWIRE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code
• Any errors or omissions in content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
